Delivery

At the current time we deliver to the UK and EU countries only.  We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of credit card clearance.

 

Orders for delivery within the UK are sent Second Class Recorded Delivery and can take 3+ days.   Customers can choose to have their order send first class for a small fee. Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using Royal Mail Airmail Service and can take up to 14 days.

Standard UK delivery (2nd class recorded delivery)     FREE

Standard UK delivery (1st class recorded delivery)       £3.50

 

Rest of EU delivery                                                               £8.00

 

You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays (such as unforeseeable weather conditions).  During our sale period delivery times may increase due to a larger volume of orders.

 

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the order and we will replace it or refund immediately.  This does not affect your statutory rights. 

 

Goods must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.  Perfect condition means that the item is unused, unworn, without marks (from food, grease, dirt, deodorant etc), neatly folded in its original packaging, with all original labels attached.  A Returns Note will be sent with your order and this document should be filled in and returned with your items.  .

 

The Fitwear Boutique does not offer a free returns service unless the goods are faulty.  We recommend returns are sent insured registered delivery as we will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods until they are received at our address.

 

How to exchange an item

 

We are happy to exchange items within 21 days of  receipt of order.  If you would like to exchange an item please email customerservice@thefitwearboutique.co.uk with the original order number and which item(s) you wish to return.  Your items should then be returned to:

We strongly recommend you use Recorded Delivery to return your exchange items as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods.  We do not refund postage costs but we will not charge you for postage on your exchange order.
